the very simple act of manifesting or achieving everything you want
Manifesting is simple. It is the art of getting what you want through the path of least resistance. It does not need efforting, suffering, or tears (unless you are diving deep into your wounds to heal them, but that’s another part of the process). Manifesting is creating what you wish to see in reality. The process is quite easy: it is the act of congruence, of aligning your thoughts, words, and actions.
The reason why you are still stuck in the reality you currently have is because you are not aligning your thoughts, words, and actions to the new reality you want. They are being distracted by what is happening outside of you in real time.
First key takeaway for manifesting: whatever is happening in your external reality is old news, it is the things you have already created from prior manifestations.
Second key takeaway: you are always manifesting, whether conscious or unconscious of it.
Third takeaway: you already have everything you desire, you just have to look within.
Fourth takeaway: if you want your reality to shift, first you have to take whatever it is that you want, out of that pedestal you hold it in.
The first thing you have to drill into your mind is that whatever you want, you already have. The easiest way to do this is by practicing affirmations every day, maybe having a visual reminder all the time (like a token, song, mantra or vision board). You need to be constantly on top of this in the beginning.
You have already practiced your current reality so much that it is muscle memory. You don’t have to force yourself to think “wow, I’ll never find love” or “I am so broke.” You probably have practiced these thought-forms or some other self defeating thoughts that go against your desire. Of course, in the beginning, trying to break it will be hard. It will almost as hard, if not more, than the first time you ever went to a gym and tried to go the second day too and then that whole week.
Practicing new thoughts takes take and lots of mental discipline. If you get off the wagon, get back on it. Make sure that the reality you want is something you REALLY want. The effort and dedication it will take inside of you need this motivation to keep going. Basically, be mindful of why you want to get rid of the current programming you have.
Once the thought shifts, the words you speak tend to go with them more easily.
Make sure that you are surrounding yourself with people with whom you can practice the new words that will arise from these new thoughts. Do not stick around people who affirm the reality you no longer want. If you say “no, I actually have more than enough money” and your best friend is like “what are you talking about, you are broke,” then it’s probably a good idea you to inform them of your new endeavors and seek support.
A really important note: when you are practicing these new thoughts and words you are not meant to do anything about your current reality. If you are affirming you have a significant other or money or a job and your reality does not reflect that, don’t worry about it, try to not react to the reality that is reminding you of these old news, but deal with this reality responsibly. This is inner work in the beginning, I promise it pays off with opportunities in real life.
A psychological note: manifesting works because our brain is a filtering system. When we repeat certain thoughts, our brain will seek out evidence that we are right. When we shift these thoughts, it’ll do the same. In the beginning all you want is to change the way you view that area of life because the reality will have no choice but to follow suit, since now you gave your brain the memo that you need to look for evidence that your new thought is real.
When you are shifting the thoughts, just focus on that. It is a mental load. You need to be constantly on top of it. Use whatever tools you have— meditation, journaling, affirmations, vision boards. Try to not numb out with screens or substances, they make this progress way harder.
Once you shift the thoughts and words, I promise you will see, as if by magic (I find this process very magical), all the opportunities for you to get what you want and that is when you take action. Never before. Take action when it is so obvious that is the next step that you can’t help but follow the breadcrumbs to exactly what you had been asking for.
When you have thoughts, words, and actions all lined up, the universe has no choice but to show you that your very specific and niche desire is possible and yours for the taking.
