Manifestation is simple.

Manifestation takes no thought.

You are doing it unconsciously all the time. That’s why we want to go ahead and bring it to our conscious awareness.

The reason why we sabotage ourselves and create things we don’t want stem from our beliefs of how the world works.

Working on these beliefs is what will help you change the way things are in your outer reality. It could not be simpler (yet discipline is required) to work on these beliefs and change everything for yourself.

The first step is to become aware of the belief you want to change. For example: “I am not worthy of love,” “I am never going to make the money I want,” “I never get the things I want.” These beliefs have to come to the center of your awareness for you to do anything about them.

Once you understand what beliefs are wrecking your desired reality, we can get to work!

This work is actually called Self Concept.

Self concept is how you see yourself and the things you associate to yourself. If you can reverse the beliefs that you no longer want associated to you, it’ll be easy to get what you want.

The second step is to work on reversing the belief you hold one a time and in measurable degrees.

You can’t work on 10 beliefs at a time because you’ll get burned out. That is similar to going to the gym every day to work on 10 different muscles. You will give up before you see any improvement and you will most likely injure yourself somewhere.

One belief at a time is best. You want to pick the one you feel the least about and start there. If it has too much emotional strength, it’ll be harder to work on. The one that has the most emotional strength is your kryptonite, which you will need some muscle to get rid of. Take small steps if you have never done self-concept work.

The way you work on reversing this belief you picked is to again, start small, and pick affirmations/visualizations that contradict it but not 180 degrees. You want to contradict it about 90 degrees.

For example: I have the belief that I will never make money. If I want to contradict it, 180 degrees would be to say I am a millionaire. Its too much in too little time and I probably wont believe it. Instead, I want to say I can make more money that I am making now and visualize making more money than your current state. This can be $1 more and it would still be progress. That is what 90 degrees is all about.

What you pick has to be believable to you. It has to feel achievable. If it does not, you will give up and go back to default settings which in this case is those beliefs you no longer want to carry around that keep you from your dreams. Start small and achieve things one step at a time. (You don’t have to do this if you become skilled and feel that BIG manifestations and reversals can be something you can hold for the time it takes to pop).

The third step is to be able to hold through time the opposite belief you are working on reversing.

Just like exercise, you have to be able to hold the belief you want to make default settings. If you want to be ripped, you need to be able to lift a certain amount of weight, but you need to actually be able to hold it, so you go small until you get there and one day you are lifting and ripped without giving it a second thought. You want to practice your belief until it becomes second nature, no thought required. That can take as long as it takes.

Once the opposite belief (the good one) is “installed” and going, you’ll see a huge change in your mood, your actions, and overall your life. The things you want, like making money, will feel easy to do. The manifestations will pop because what you believe in becomes your reality.

The tools you want to use to reverse these beliefs are affirmations, visualizations, meditation, and journaling.

It seems like a lot but a small 15min meditation practice a day, coupled with a 5min journaling session after in which you visualize and affirm what you want respectively will do SO MUCH for reversing these beliefs and manifesting what you want. Extend your practice as much as you want and you’ll see even bigger results if you are practicing daily.
