The Only Way Out Is Through
There is a common saying that “the only way out is through” and the reality is that the only way you can get out of the situation you are in is accepting the situation you have on your hands.
I have been having quite a hard time accepting that my life is what it is. Mind you, I have a great life.
But you know when society is pressuring you and social media does not help and your desires are quite loud and the people around you have some things you want? Well, I have been having that experience for the last couple of days and this is what is teaching me.
For scorpio season, this has been an introspective moment where I have had to excavate why I feel pain in places that I kept pushing on saying I felt nothing and ugly crying about it.
The truth is that looking at reality is painful when you know you have not been doing part of your work, especially for me since I tend to be really hard on myself due to my Saturn placement (conj my ascendant).
The only way out is through and resisting it because it is hard is a waste of time.
In order to leave your current situation, you have to really take a look at everything you have inside you and around you. I am currently feeling stressed and I cope with it by learning the root cause and finding ways to manage it. It is only when you really take a look at what you feel, what you are doing, where you are, who you are with, that you will identify how to change it. The only way out is through the tunnel you are resisting.
Hard experiences arent just on the outside, they are happening on the inside too. A hard experience is something that makes you feel heavy sensations in your body and potentially alter the thoughts going up in your mind. The more you resist it, the worse it gets. The more you relax, the easier it will be to find solutions.
Sometimes solutions are right in front of our noses and we can’t see them due to our panic.
If you want to feel like things are changing, the one that is going to have to change them is you. There is no one else responsible to come save you and even if they did you would just get stuck in a vicious cycle in which you do not learn the lessons you are being taught.
The only person coming to save you is you and that is a good thing because that means you get to be your knight in shining armor. You get to enjoy becoming strong, independent, creative, resourceful, and ultimately prove what you are made of.
The only way to actually get to a point in which you can stand in your own two feet with anything in life is by doing it yourself and walking the road that might have scared you before.
