My Journey
I have been in the search for who I am and what I am doing here for a long time. When I ran into Human Design and slowly fell more and more in love with it, one of the parts I loved most were the planetary placements. After all, I was an astrologer first before I made the switch. *Edit: I am both an astrologer and Human Design lover nowadays.
When I was learning about the conscious sun, it came up that it is about 70% of who you are. Both the conscious and unconscious sun combined. The gates in these placements are so important because they reveal the themes you will play out your entire life over and over again.
The conscious sun reveal so much of who you are. It is almost all of you, like the water that flows through your body, these archetypes that the gate reveals do too.
If you would like to go deeper into your conscious sun, look at the gate and accompanying line. It will give you insight onto what your theme is and how you approach it.
My conscious sun is in gate 38. The struggle gate. It shows up in my life as a search for meaning and purpose. I go through ‘hardships’ in order to figure out whether this is relevant in my life and worthy of struggling for.
Knowing this made so much sense. It freed me. I had the keys to understanding my melancholy and deep suffering. Which allowed me to turn it in the higher vibrations of perseverance and a journey full of meaningful things.
The shadow always has light in it. They are meshed together. You just have to learn where to look in order to find it.
Your Journey
Your conscious sun will reveal what patterns you hold on to and what themes are dominant in your life. Mine is struggle but a person with gate 6 in this position would have compassion as a theme and someone with gate 39 would have provocation as their theme.
Figure out what gate you have in this placement and make sure you have a good relationship with it. Contemplate it and meditate on it. You won’t be able to stop playing it out because it is a divine mission you got sent to complete.
In order to learn how to function in your body and go through this life, you have to journey through the conscious sun and lovingly come out victorious.
